Self Guided Training and Nutrition

For the self guided individual I offer strength, cardio and nutrition guidance programs. These programs are intended for the beginner who is looking to incorporate a health and fitness routing into their lifestyle. It includes the use of the Steady State Training app for strength and cardio programs. The nutritional guidance is delivered in a separate document. The workouts are simple and can be performed with body weight, bands or dumbbells.
