Training should be fun. I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and my training methods encourage living a balanced life focused on recovery and mindfulness to ensure you grow as an athlete, find more joy and peace in your personal life and reduce injuries.

I use the 80/20 training method for endurance training along with ISSA personal training methods. I will help you have a healthy relationship with your food, the people in your life, your sport and yourself. I also offer corrective exercises when needed to address a pre-injury so that you are not sidelined.

All of my training plans include mindfulness, mobility, strength and cardio to ensure you feel and perform your best on and off the race course.
