I offer a variety of training plans and packages to help you achieve your goals at your pace and comfort level. My custom training plans are more hands off and great for the athlete looking for a training plan that complements their schedule and life commitments without having to meet regularly or communicate daily.
My monthly and life coaching options are more hands on and give you daily communication through Training Peaks as well as the option to have regular meetings to discuss your training and help you with finding happiness on and off the race course. Together we will work through the struggles of finding balance and peace with your training, your life, yourself and your relationships with others.
My goal for everyone I work with is to provide a caring and educational experience to help you live your best life and most importantly to make sure you are doing things that bring you joy.
I help endurance athletes of all abilities and work with hikers and mountaineers too. My experience in the White Mountains includes both hiking and trail running and my mountaineering experience includes climbing peaks such as Mount Rainier, Gannet Peak, The Grand Teton, Denali and more! My running experiences include several course records and podium finishes at distances ranging 5k-100 miles an several FKT’s with my most notable being the first person to complete the White Mountain 100 (100 miles of the AT from Moriah to Moosilauke)
I joined Team Run Run to be a part of a community of coaches so that I can network, learn and grow as a coach. I want to be my best self for you and by working as a contractor with them I can focus more on helping you achieve your goals!
*Hiking and Endurance Athletes will be working with me through Team Run Run while personal training and custom training plans will be working with me through White Mountain Endurance Coaching.
