Functional Coaching
I focus on simple exercises to help build your stabilizer muscles which will help improve your balance and ability to move without pain. All exercises are designed to be simple and fun so that you don’t feel overwhelmed. Your training should be fun!
You don’t need much to get started with my Zoom training. A couple of bands and some light weights are enough to get things done! A bench or yoga ball is useful but not needed.
Learn while you exercise
I come from a healthcare background and believe that education is the key to success. My goal is to teach you what your body is doing and how it changes through movement and good nutrition. We will discuss the cellular changes that happen and how these changes are beneficial to your health. Understanding why you are making these changes will help keep you motivated to take care of yourself for years to come.
