This 4 week program will provide you with 3 days of strength training that you can do at home or at a gym. You will also have mobility and stretching. If you choose the cardio and strength option your plan will include a walk/run program with 4 days a week of walking/running. This is a self guided program where you will be connected to a training app and have your workouts programed through the platform. You can choose to have the workouts emailed to you or have push notifications through the app. You will receive workouts targeting your upper body, lower body and core.
