Personal Training or HIIT Session Via Zoom. You don't need any equipment and we can do body weight exercises or feel free to use your home gym, weights, bands, etc.
We focus on functional exercises while having fun!
Sessions are either 20 minute HIIT, 30 minute personal training or 60 minute personal training depending on which package you choose. I can customize your workout to include plyometrics, pilates and traditional strength training!
