Personal Training Session Via Zoom. You don't need any equipment and we can do body weight exercises or feel free to use your home gym, weights, bands, etc.
We focus on functional exercises while having fun!
Sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes depending on which package you choose. I can customize your workout to include plyometrics, pilates and traditional strength training!
